In order to clarify the rights and obligations of both parties, please read all the items within this guidance. You can only go on buying the ticket online after you have agreed to all the items of this guidance.

网上购票须知(Instructions for Online Ticket Service)

  1. 必须遵守我司各航线《旅客购票须知》及各项有关规定，并对网上购票的各项内容负责。
    Passenger must obey the Ticket Purchase Instructions of our company as well as all other relevant regulations, and must be responsible for all content related to the online ticket service.
  2. 所有航线售票截止时间为开航时间前1天，只可购买15天以内的船票。
    We will stop selling the tickets for all sailing routes 1 day before the departure, and tickets can only be bought for 15 days in advance.
  3. 每次网上交易，只能订同一航线同一航班船票，且最多可以购买10张。订购不同航线不同航班的船票请分开重新购票。
    Customer can only book up 10 pieces of ferry tickets of same shipping line and same ferry in each transaction .if customer wants to book another shipping or ferry, Please restart a new transaction.
  4. 网上只能购买成人、儿童两种类型船票。香港航线及澳门航线：一至六周岁的儿童可购买小童票，六周岁以上需购买全票；珠海航线：1.1-1.4米儿童可购买小童票，1.4米以上需购买全票。其他票类型的船票需到蛇口客运码头售票处购买。
    Only two types of tickets are available online: adults and children. For sailing routes heading for Hong Kong and Macao: children tickets can be bought for those below six years old, and full price tickets are necessary for those above six; for sailing routes heading for Zhuhai: children tickets can be bought for those within 1.1-1.4 meters high, and full price tickets are necessary for those above 1.4 meters. Other types of tickets must be bought at the ticket office of the Shekou Ferry Terminal.
  5. 必须提供取票人姓名、证件号码、手机号码、E-mail等信息，且必须正确填写，仔细核对后提交。交易一经产生就不能取消，费用即从帐户扣除，网上购票成功后，请务必打印交易成功信息（如当时未能打印，可到邮箱收取邮件并打印）。
    Information such as the name, ID No, mobile number, E-mail, etc, of the person who collects the ticket must be provided, correctly filled up, and handed in after confirmation. Once the trade is made, it cannot be cancelled, and the fees will be taken from your account. After the online ticket is successfully purchased, please make sure the trade information is printed out (if the printing is not done at the time of the purchase, please go to your email box and print the information from there).
  6. 取票人取票时需提供取票证件及打印交易成功信息给我司工作人员核实，我司工作人员核实后方可取票。
    When the ticket is collected, the certificate necessary for the collecting and the printed information for the successful trade must be presented to our staff member for verification, and the ticket will be collected after the verification is done.
  7. 订购蛇口至香港国际机场船票的旅客，所选船班开航时间与飞机起飞时间至少不少于180分钟，且旅客必须持有当天起飞、已经确认机位的有效机票、有效护照及签证，承运的航空公司在参加香港机场航线运营的航空公司名单之列。
    For passengers who have booked tickets from Shekou to Hong Kong International Air Port, the sailing must be at least 180 minutes earlier than the flight, and the passenger must hold an effectively confirmed air ticket of the same day as well as the effective passport or visa. The air line of the flight must be in the airlines list of the Hong Kong airport.
  8. 如购票后需办理退票的，取票人必须在所购船票开航时间前30分钟，携带打印交易成功信息及取票证件亲临蛇口客运码头港澳或国内相应售票处办理退票手续并收 取相应退票手续费，过后本公司概不安排办理退款、退票。
    If the purchased ticket needs to be cancelled, the person to collect the ticket must, 30 minutes before the departure, bring the printed information for the successful trade and the certificate necessary for collecting the ticket to the Shekou Ferry Terminal him/herself and go through the ticket cancellation procedures at the Hong Kong and Macao ticket office or the domestic ticket office, and certain amount of cancellation fee is chargeable. If the ticket expires, our company will not accept any cancellation or demand for reimbursement.
  9. 取票地点及时间：
    Place and Time for Collecting the Tickets:
    • 订购蛇口至香港国际机场船票的乘客，須在所乘航班开航前至少60 分钟 到蛇口客运码头「香港国际机场旅客登记处」柜台取票。并在「香港国际机场旅客登记处」 办理登记手续及行李托运。
      Passengers who have booked tickets from Shekou to Hong Kong International Air Port must arrive at the Hong Kong International Air Port Passengers Registration Desk 60 minutes before the departure, and ask for the tickets. They must also go through boarding procedures and consign their luggage at the Hong Kong International Air Port Passengers Registration Desk.
    • 订购香港中环，澳门航线船票的旅客：取票人必须于所乘航班开航前30分钟到蛇口客运码头港澳售票处取票。
      For passengers who have booked tickets heading for Central Hong Kong or Macao: the person to collect the ticket must arrive at the Hong Kong/Macao ticket office and collect the ticket 30 minutes before the departure.
    • 订购珠海航线船票的旅客：取票人必须于所乘航班开航前30分钟到蛇口客运码头国内售票处取票。
      For passengers who have booked tickets heading for Zhuhai: the person to collect the ticket must arrive at the domestic ticket office and collect the ticket 30 minutes before the departure.
  10. 故障申告电话：0755-26695601，故障处理时间： 7：30—20：00。
